Return Policy

All merchandise is sold under a 5 year warranty.  The aluminum frame/base is under the 5 year warranty.  The fabric will not be under any guarantee.  We also do not warranty against any type of fading from the sun. To and from shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer for warranty repairs.
Measurements, dimensions, size, shape, finishes, colors and style are approximate.  All are subject to change.  The seller is not liable.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind about the merchandise, you can return the item within 10 days for a refund (less a 25% restocking fee.)  To and from shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  The seller must authorize all returns and all products have to be returned in original product packaging and in new condition.  Call for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
